Light Magic
Things he can do:
- Take light from a room and concentrate it into weapons/objects, they are extremely hot to anyone but him.
- Create flashes of light to temporarily blind/flash bang someone.
- Illuminate a dark room as long as there’s a small amount of light.
Draw backs:
- Requires extreme concentration to be precise and due to his hot headed tendencies is difficult to master.
- He can get over-heated from excessive use to the point where he’d lose consciousness. (Think heat-stroke)
- It’s extremely difficult to use in complete darkness, and really he can only do so when highly uncontrolled and emotional.
Design Notes:
- Left handed
- Gold ring on right hand pinkie
- Purple gem earrings were his mother’s
- Scarf wrapped around his waist was his father’s (feel free to have him wear his scarf in other ways)
- Diamond/sun markings on his shoulders and back appeared when he received his magic as a child.
- Tons of freckles.
- Extremely fluffy/soft hair.
- Hair Up = formal/training/fighting
- Hair Down = casual/tousled/having a mental breakdown

- Refuses to lie, truthful/blunt
- Hot-headed, acts on his emotions
- Makes lights burn out unintentionally if he’s angry
- Believes people are selfish and liars (trust issues)
- Thoroughly trained in hand-to-hand combat
- Plant dad (maintains the entire royal botanical gardens himself)
- Cannot cook
- Very flexible/acrobatic
- Terrible people skills/doesn’t pick up on social cues
- Has good luck in games of chance
- Likes cats, polar bears, and most animals
- Reads all kinds of books, fiction and non-fiction (and therefore knowledgeable on random things)
- Loves apple anything (apple pie, apple turnover, etc) | His father used to make him apple pie every birthday but he can’t cook so now he just eats a plain apple on his birthday ;-;
- Loves rain and fresh snowfalls
- Terrified of fire(will likely have a PTSD attack if surprised by uncontrolled fire)
Backstory:
Lost his parents(the king and queen) in a fire when he was young, he would have perished as well if not for receiving his light magic just as he was about to run into the burning building to try and save his parents.
